Results are shown using:
- PageSpeed Insights synthetic benchmark with on demand results.
- Chrome User Experience (CrUXVis) shows 1 year data of Core Web Vitals.
Using these reports we can say that PageSpeed optimization strategy is effective and provides long lasting results.
You can update blog, change theme, add/remove plugins, add content. These operations will not ruin your PageSpeed score in future. Unless you intentionally disable some optimizations.
