    It seems like a program bug. Thank you for reporting.

    Thanks @Old Salt for suggestions regarding EKTS. I am not working on it for a long time. But I will take into account your suggestions if I ever will develop it further. Main new addition could be designing your own mechanical systems like doors, robotic arms etc.

    If component design feature added then library can be expanded by users of EKTS.

    IT seems like you do not have PDO installed in you PHP. what version of PHP you are running? it must be php5.

    as a quick workaround you can edit setup.php file like below, comment out PDO cehck and set it to false.:
    ——————–
    /*
    echo ‘pdo echeck;’;
    if (class_exists(‘PDO’))
    {
    foreach(@PDO::getAvailableDrivers() as $driver)
    {
    if($driver==’mysql’)
    {
    $use_pdo = true;
    }
    }
    }
    echo $use_pdo?’use_pdo’:’no_pdo’;
    echo ‘pdo end;’;*/

    $use_pdo = false; // you don’t have PDO according to your error
    ——————

    This will work only if you have PHP5 with no PDO. PDO is enabled by default in php 5.1 as far as I know.

    @soregininha yes, set gallery settings like this:

    thumbnailColumns=”0″ thumbnailRows=”0″ autoPlay=”true”

    For example if you want your thumbnails be 200×150 pixels then edit gallery.xml file add to the second line inside veppaPhotoAlbum tag attributes ( thumbWidth=”200″ thumbHeight=”150″ )

    Sorry I moved site to new server , your post might be recorded on old server after move due to DNS latency.

    I could not reproduce any problem regarding bulk upload. Can you re post your report again. Also you can enable debug mode by adding your ip to /sys/config.php to display any PHP related warning.

    Guys I am looking into this bulk upload issue.

    I moved website to other server that is why your previous post might be deleted. Meanwhile you can enable debug mode by adding you current ip address to config.php file at the top to $arr_dev=array(‘your_ip’);

    you can find your current ip by googling. It may be some php module is not installed in your server. Please can you enable debug mode and post your findings here.

    I couldn’t check forum for several days, sorry guys for delay. Will try to resolve issue asap.

    Edit /sys/app/contollers/IndexController.php add page you want as a method to class. Look at index method as example. At the end use $this->display(‘index/{your_template_file}’, $vars); place your template file name instead of {your_template_file}.

    Then in your template located at /user-content/templates/{template_name}/views/index/ create template file {your_template_file} similar to index.php for example.

    Then your page url will be /index/{youtmethod}

    Just analyze indexController for how pages work and you will understand general structure.

    Can you share link to you website. I need to see css file in order to make suggestions. Also changing width for c1,c2,c3 you have to change width for wrap as well.

    When changing font size use firebug on firefox or inspect element on chrome to detect why some fonts remain small. for example I tried to change all font sizes then changeging for body element is not enough. you have to change for .thumb_grid, .category_menu, .trail and maybe some other classes as well.

    Is there gallery.xml file in that location?

    I didn’t try it. do not try on live site.

    search for Thumbgrid::thumbView($latest_wallpapers,’front’,5);

    in user-contenttemplatesbaseviewsindex folder.

    change last 5 to 3. but it may break your index page because 5 images will be in data and you will display it in 3 column table.

    to change number of images in data edit sysappcontrollersIndexController.php file. search for “DESC LIMIT 5” and change to DESC LIMIT 3.

    It can be good for growing community. Also need to find what parts can be revealed for registered users? Can think of allowing commenting and adding wallpapers to favorites, displaying user profiles.

    This features will require more work on script.

    No subcategories, wanted to keep it simple. use tags for classifying wallpapers. tags are better.

    There is no email fields for comments as I think it is not necessary.

    Is it regarding wallpaper script or fash photo album.

    Wallpaper script has admin login only. Flash photo album don’t have any login and it is completely static files.

    It is defined in /sys/app/models/Wallpaper.php on line #55. $arr_sizes = array(‘1024×768’, ‘1600×1200’,…);

    in reply to: Problem with big resolution #513

    What is file size of wallpaper? in wallpaper.php it is set to max_size=2000 KB. you can change it in file if your wallpaper bigger than that size. I put this limit to not overload system when resizing and bandwidth also.

    If it is php/apache limit then there must be some setting to allow upload bigger files.

    Here some suggestions from (http://www.gen-x-design.com/archives/uploading-large-files-with-php/)
    ——————

    • Set your max_upload_size in php.ini higher (it’s only 2M out of the box)
    • Set your script timeout to never (set_time_limit(0); in your scripts… don’t do this in your php.ini)

    However, it turns out there are some other php.ini config variables that you may need to look at:

    • memory_limit – This may also be an obvious one to some people, but for those of you who don’t know, this restricts how much memory PHP is allowed to consume while processing. When working with images and large files, this needs to be upped to accommodate these needs.
    • post_max_size – This was the one killing me, and it was a major “Duh” moment as well. If you aren’t allowed to create a large post, how can you expect to upload a large file?? This should be set the same as your max_upload_size.
    • max_input_time – the time that the script should spend in accepting input. This is setting defaults to 60 seconds, and you will probably need to update this as well

    ——————

    also check http://roshanbh.com.np/2008/01/uploading-larger-files-in-php.html

    Script resizes images automatically to defined values. it is defined in /sys/app/models/Wallpaper.php on line #55. $arr_sizes = array(‘1024×768’, ‘1600×1200’,…);
    Script checks if these defined resize values smaller than your wallpaper then select box appears on wallpaper page to download different smaller sizes. Which then resizes and crops original wallpaper to that size.

    So if you uploaded smaller sized wallpaper no resize option will be displayed. If you are doing it for mobile wallpapers then you can add/append mobile sizes to $arr_sizes in /sys/app/models/Wallpaper.php .

    Can you try several variations?

    1- put .htaccess file to /VEPPA/ folder if it is not there already
    then change RewriteBase / to RewriteBase /VEPPA/
    2.a- if this .htaccess file located in /VEPPA/ then check / folder for .htaccess file and try renaming it to see if that was problem.
    2.b- if this .htaccess in / then check /VEPPA/ for .htaccess and try renaming it to find if that is problem.

    I think trying opption 1 will fix your problem.

    in reply to: Parse error #374

    It might be some problem in .htaccess file. because /index/rate/ is not loading but /tag/tree/ or other links without /index/ works. So your .htaccess file is not passing that request to index.php.

    Can you give url for your site to see what is the problem? or check if BASE_URL (javascript definition in template used in all pages) is defined correctly in html source. If loading bar shows then jquery is working but BASE_URL may be not defined. You can use firebug extension for firefox to see where javascript breaks.

    Can you check if index.php file uploaded correctly without interruptions? it may be that file not uploaded completely.

    Did you run through setup process? or is this error comes on your first visit to your site? Also what is your php version?

    in reply to: Framework problem #365

    It is permission to write problem. Give /user-content/uploads/wall/ folder and all subfolders write permission 0776 or 0666.

    in reply to: Framework problem #361

    Framework.php should be with capital letter, if it is framework.php then it will not load on some linux servers. It seems that first letter changed when uploding. Try uploading with other FTP client (like winscp) to upload all files with correct letters. If other files are not same as in zip then script will not work at all.

    If other files ok then just rename framework.php to Framework.php or delete it and upload so that it is Framework.php.

    in reply to: Framework problem #359

    Can you check if Framework.php file exists in that location. (/home/dogswal/public_html/sys/Framework.php). This error means that file is not there. Try uploading it if it is not there. If you still get error, I recommend uploading all files again. It might be that upload process interrupted and not finished.

    Let us know if you still have problem.
