    Veppa, sorry for my english, im russian.

    All files on server in UTF-8.
    Database in UTF-8
    In Database, category looks good like “russian language”
    On the page its looks good like “russian language”
    Tags looks good like “russian language”

    But URL of the category is wrong, like – ****.ru/tag/%F0%9F%F1%90%F0%B8%F1%90%F0%BE%F0%B4%F0%B0/
    , need to be ****.ru/tag/russian language.

    When im click on category – 404 page.

    I checked your issue and fixed it in new version 1.2.2 which you can download now. I was using strtolower which caused problem with UTF-8 strings. Also fixed bug when changing category name it was adding new category.

    You can see change log and download latest version 1.2.2 from http://www.veppa.com/free-wallpaper-script/ page.
