Error adding initial database records. Maybe given database not exists. Please create database or check that it matches database in mysql.
You need to create database first using phpmyadmin or other mysql tool in your host. If you can use remote mysql connection then you can use tools like heidisql (http://www.heidisql.com) to connect and create empty database.
Then enter database name you created to script install form, it is displayed when you want to install script. Also you need database username and password as well in that form.
It is similar when you install wordpress.
